percent higher, after someone has consumed green tea. This study
has also proven that it will help to improve insulin sensitivity,
or glucose tolerance in those who drink it regularly. As you can see there are many different benefits to adding green tea into your diet. While it isn’t always going to be th best choice for everyone, there are too many benefits to simply take it at first glance. Not only is it a great tasting tea, but it is wonderful for your health as well.
