Tea Latte is usually a strong black tea combined with steamed milk and sugar. Green tea, white tea and other types of teas can also be used to create Tea Latter. You can add milk to your tea cup first or last. If you add milk last, you will have better control over the amount of milk in your tea latte. If you add the milk first, it enhances better and mixes with the tea more evenly. Experiment and judge for yourself. Use two-percent or whole milk for batter taste of your beverage. Chai tea latter is another variation of tea lattes. By itself, chai is the word for tea in Hindi and other languages around the world. For European and Americans, however “chai” is a relatively new word and automatically implies spiced tea (masala chai). Chai tea latte has become a highly popular beverage in the last decade. Chai tea latte is the combination of tea, spices and milk. Chai tea latte can be drunk hot and it can also be enjoyed over ice. You can easy make your chai tea latte at home. Place one and half cups of water, 1-inch stick of cinnamon, 6 cardamom
pods, 6 cloves, and sliced quarter inch of fresh ginger in a pot
and bring it to a boil. Cover your pot with a lid and simmer for
about 10 minutes. Add one half cup of milk and 6 teaspoons of sugar
and bring to boil again. Next, add 3 teaspoons of loose tea leaves.
Steep for 3 minutes and strain. If you want to make iced chai tea
latte, allow your drink to cool and then pour it over ice cubes.
